Our new service for the clients of accountants acting for start ups and newly formed companies.
Any new business should consider the legal implications of its business, no matter how simple or complex the business may be. We see many examples where owner managers have used out of date documents, often borrowed from an external source or not used any documents at all to cover off on agreements made with third parties. Some examples of the likely requirements for many businesses will likely include;
Contracts of employment
Terms and conditions of trade
Lease terms
Shareholder agreements
Customer contract reviews
Financing documents
Credit control procedures
Our service aims to identify the legal requirements of a business, the regulatory environment in which it operates and to provide a short form report giving recommendations as to what legal agreements should be put in place.
The report is free of charge, but any work which we are asked to carry out thereafter will be charged at agreed and fixed rates.
Our review work is carried out by qualified and experienced solicitors who have worked with businesses through out their careers.
