As the business community across the globe reacts to the everchanging challenges brought about by Coronavirus (COVID-19), these are our plans to ensure business continuity during what looks set to be a testing time for everyone.

Protecting our people and clients
We’ve always been committed to the safety of our colleagues, clients and partners – now more so than ever. We’re confident that the steps we’ve implemented will minimise disruption of how our business operates and the services we provide.

We’re reviewing announcements and developments as and when they happen, and will provide necessary updates via email, our website and LinkedIn.

Steps that we’re taking to help ensure ‘business as usual’ in these unprecedented times, are:

Client meetings
In line with Government guidance, all non-essential, face-to-face meetings should now be undertaken using either telephone or video conferencing facilities.

We recognise that many of our clients are concerned about the impact of this pandemic on their businesses, not to mention their personal wellbeing. So, at this time of increased business anxiety, we will continue to provide them with the same levels of advice, care and support as we always have done – just in a different way.

Office attendance
We’re now working from home to avoid all non-essential contact and we’ll continue to adhere to Government recommendations – returning to our office network as soon as we’re told that it’s safe and responsible to do so.

The workplace environment is very important to us all – in terms of team camaraderie, inter-disciplinary working and services we’re able to provide to our clients – so we will continue to be in regular contact and conducting meetings using digital platforms to make sure that we all keep in touch.

External communications
Arrangements are being put in place to ensure that post sent to our offices continues to be redirected, but please note that we cannot guarantee this so where possible would encourage our colleagues, clients and partners to use email. Contact details remain the same – email addresses and mobile phone numbers – and key points of contact can be found on our website.

Even in this challenging environment, we’re all working hard to continue to provide clients and colleagues with same high levels of services and support that we always have done.
